Small steps make a big difference! We try to be as gentle as we can be with our environment as possible and produce selected items locally and on demand. You can expect a maximum delivery and the maximum production time (depending on your location) is14 days.
Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock of an item. In these instances your item will be canceled and you will be contacted as soon as possible.
Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We do our very best to deliver your purchases as quickly as possible. All orders will be shipped on business days (excluding holidays). Your package will be at latest send within five working days if the item is in stock. The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return.
Items can only be returned for a refund. Please send us an email when you want to return an item: email@example.com. We guarantee a refund if the items are returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. It is very important to send the email to process your return. Refunds will be made on the same account you paid the order with. Unfortunately items on sale cannot be returned.
It is very important that you follow the instructions below so that we can process your return:
-Send us an email with the pieces you want to return.
-We reply asap and send you the return address. Please note that you need to arrange the return shipment and that the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. NHTK cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of the returned item(s), therefore we advise you to return your goods with registered mail.
- Please retain a proof of postage until we have confirmed that your refund has been processed.
-All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
-We offer refunds but regret the fact that we are unable to refund postage charges for the dispatch or return of items. So returns or exchanges are at your own costs.
-Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase. Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank or creditcard company.
-Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid onto your account within a few days.
-If there are any problems please send us an email and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.
NHTK reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
If your order has been sent to a destination in the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside of the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable by NHTK. Please note that it may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed.
If you like to surprise somebody with a special gift-wrap you are able to leave us a note upon checking out your order.
PRICING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Euro(€)and include 21% VAT. Customers outside of the European Union, can shop tax free and will not be charged for any tax. NHTK offers free standard delivery from €150. Please note that this will be applied to your order at checkout. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. NHTK, however, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled.
The following payments are accepted:
Creditcard: Visa/ mastercard/ amex, American Express, Stripe, bank deposit,
Please check with your bank to make sure your card is valid for online purchases). Visa and Master card are verified by a secure code. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.
Ideal: by mollie / In the Netherlands you can pay by Ideal with your bank account.
Paypal: You can also pay with your already registered PayPal account. Your order is ready for shipment after we receive credit authorization and a confirmation of stock availability. Shipping in the Netherlands will proceed by Post.nl with a track and trace code.
All orders outside of the EU are shipped with UPS. You can always contact them if you have questions regarding your shipment.
